In 1995, Tom Len was a laborer working, working on crews that did general construction. He did this for a short six months, and learned more in this time than most may have in years. After this period, Tom went out and started his own business, Len Construction Inc. Tom's business specialized in Roofing, siding, windows, and had many general things that the company did. Tom Ran this company until 2001, then amended the name to Len home services, as it remains today. Tom expanded operations, and added a sales force and, meanwhile switched its location to Northbrook in 2003. Tom Sold this business in 2005 and it remains a very successful business today, thanks to Tom's business model.
During day to day operation of their individual businesses, In 1998 Tom was rejoined with a third partner to develop a home in Niles. When finished the third partner went in a different direction. At this point, the two decided to develop their own homes separately. They did one home each, and figured out that things worked better when a partner was involved in this type of business. Therefore, Tom rejoined and recruited a third. They built under the Name, ABT home builders from this point to 2001. After a series of homes, the third partner decided to pursue a different direction, and Tom bought him out. Together, they retained ABt home builders. They decided that the partnership they started back in 1995, was a strong one that could continue on. Tom changed the name to reflect the partnership; to what it is today, LS Home builders. Due to their success and significantly higher volume, every year, they both sold their other businesses.
Today LS Home Builders remains one of the strongest local boulders in the North Shore. With an impeccable customer referral list and a large attention to detail, LS Home Builders grow every year. Tom handles the day to day operations of LS Home Builders, including the marketing, contractor relations, and land acquisition.
Never has a builder in this area attempted to bring, past, future, and present customers, vendors and suppliers together, in this fashion. And LS Home Builders has done it as they do everything, with a certain class to it. The catered Celebration will be a grand unveiling of one of LS Home Builders top creations.
